Fitnesscoaching in a unique and authentic way

"Performance is just a number. What matters is the effort."

My coaching philosophy might sound radical. Because I offer not only fitness, but also self-worth, identity, and transformation. That’s because part of it comes from my athletic background, and the other part – perhaps the larger portion – from my work as a psychologist.

Like other coaches, I have experience and expertise in the following areas: weight loss, muscle building, endurance development, improving sports performance, and integrating injury-free movement into everyday life. This is thanks to my 15 years of active sports experience and my current training as a sports therapist/personal trainer.

Like many psychologists, I also have expertise and experience in the following areas: self-confidence, self-esteem development, motivation, emotional awareness, increasing self-efficacy, and stress management.

And what’s the extra? – I combine the fitness and psychology!

My core pillars

Self-confidence, self-acceptance, the joy of movement, self-efficacy, drive to act, discovering internal and external motivations, building an amateur-athlete identity – independently of performance.

For me, sports are not just about physical development, but mental and emotional growth as well. To me, it's not enough for success if my client only loses weight, gains muscle, becomes faster, stronger, and more enduring. These are only additionals, supplements. For me, success is when, along their journey, they gain self-confidence and emotional awareness; learn to accept themselves better; learn to take pride in the steps they’ve taken, even the small ones; and see sports not just as a New Year's resolution or a to-do item.

My goal is to help build a true amateur athlete-identity, so they can proudly declare to themselves: “I’m a runner,” “I’m a bodybuilder,” “I am CrossFiter,” “I am streetworkouter,” “I’m a touring cyclist,” “I’m a swimmer,” etc.

Who can I help?

- Those who want to move regularly but lack the necessary self-confidence, willpower, determination, or motivation.

- Those struggling with various mental issues (e.g., anxiety, self-confidence problems, mental blocks, stress, burnout, etc.) and want to integrate movement and sport into their lives to relieve symptoms.

- Those who want to build a more confident, stable self-image, which helps them face problems and difficulties more easily.

How do my programs help?

- You can look in the mirror with more satisfaction – even if there’s no visible external change overnight.

- You can learn to build yourself, both physically and mentally.

- You can learn to think in terms of processes, to appreciate your efforts so far, and be proud of yourself.

- You can learn to value and acknowledge yourself regardless of performance.

- You can learn to treat sport and movement as an important part of your life, not as a “mandatory” chore.

What does the program consist of?

Integrating sport and exercises into daily life: training with joy, mini challenges, strength-training, cardio, mobility work, and general movement sessions.

Improving sports performance: strength; endurance; technique/skills

Moving toward a sporty physique: appropriate skeletal muscle ratio; proper body fat percentage

Willpower management: identifying willpower-draining and willpower-boosting factors; managing and allocating willpower; Easy-Medium-Hard segmentation based on willpower.

Self-esteem, self-confidence: creating a sense of satisfaction; valuing small steps.

Recovery: developing healthy sleep and recovery habits.

Nutrition: appropriate calorie intake; adequate macronutrient intake; sustainable eating habits.

Motivation: mapping motivation base; goal setting; Easy-Medium-Hard segmentation; integrating sport psychology techniques into training; adjusting for fluctuating motivation.

Note: Although I am a trained, PhD-level psychologist, I operate as a coach in Austria. The programs and coaching I have developed do not replace psychotherapy, but they complement it very well.

If my clients come to me with serious physical or diagnosed mental health issues, it is essential that they also seek help from a specialist and participate in professional medical/psychological care alongside the program and coaching.

30-Day Transformation Program – From Couch to Active Living
Holistic. Realistic. Achievable.

Feeling tired, unmotivated, low on willpower or self-esteem? Not sure how to start? Standardized diet plans? Standardized workout-plans? AI-generated routines? Quick change overnight? Sounds simple – but isn’t it far from that?

That’s why I created Evoke Program: a 30-day, science-based and motivational transformation-system designed to guide you toward a self-determined, healthy and active lifestyle. This program leads you step by step back into your strength – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Aim of the Program

The aim of Evoke is to help individuals with an inactive lifestyle reconnect with their own strength and inner stability – gently, but effectively.

By combining physical activity, simple nutrition structure, mental training, and practical motivation, we rebuild habits that increase long-term energy, self-worth, and joy of life.

As a future sports therapist and psychologist, I’ve developed this concept that doesn't just get people moving again – it also moves something inside.

Who is it for?

- For anyone who wants to finally take action

- For real people with real lives

- For those ready to change physically and mentally

- For beginners, or “never-sporty” individuals looking for a true start

- For people struggling with motivation, self-doubt, or fear of failure

- For those who find it hard to follow a “healthy lifestyle”

- For anyone who wants to better understand their own body and soul
