You'll activate your muscles, sharpen your body awareness, calm your nervous system, and find a clear, stable focus amidst everyday noise. Ideal for anyone seeking to experience strength and calmness, tension and release, clarity and grounding – all in a single session.

Back-Renew & Core Balance

 

60-minute group class for better posture, strength & relief

 

Tense shoulders? Stiff neck? Pressure in the lower back? – Then it’s time for a class that realigns you – both physically and mentally.

Back-Renew & Core Balance is a holistic training session specifically designed for people who sit for long periods or have physically demanding jobs with imbalanced loads. Through targeted mobilization, stabilization, and stretching exercises, we strengthen the core, relieve pressure from the spine and neck, and restore healthy posture and body tone.

Light Streetworkout Training

 

Bodyweight training to strengthen muscles and mobilize joints

You don’t need a gym or machines – just your body, fresh air, and a desire for renewed energy.

In this light street workout session, we train using simple yet effective exercises with Easy–Medium–Hard options, considering different levels form absolutely beginner to advanced, using calisthenics equipment, combined with mobilization, coordination, and body awareness. Outdoors. Fresh Air. Joy with challenges. Personalized exercises considering your needs and level.
